This purchase is to ADD ON the Commander League. You must purchase the Commander deck separately.
We will be running a four week Commander League starting Saturday, April 20th at 1pm and running each Saturday through May 11th. To participate in the league purchase one of these entries along with one Outlaws of Thunder Junction Commander Deck (sold separately)
Here are the details:
- Players must purchase an Outlaws of Thunder Junction precon deck (you can pick up your deck and play with it any time from 4/12/24 until the event - just keep it unchanged or "reset" it before the event).
- The contents of the deck will start the card pool. Every week of the event each player will receive two play boosters to open and add to their card pool. Players will have 30 minutes at the beginning of league to make adjustments to their decks from their card pool.
- Players will then play in three rounds of constructed pods of 3-4 players (75 minute time limit). The winner of each pod will win an additional booster pack. In case of a tie packs will be split.
- Regular deck construction for Commander will be followed, including color identity. Only cards from a player's card pool can be used in deck construction - this includes the precon deck, sample collector pack and the two packs added each week. Any promo cards handed out cannot be used in the deck construction.
- If a player cannot attend on a league week they can pick up their packs and add them to their pool at the next week's league.
